Will brings over 25 years of Finance experience to AeroInterface, 20 of which have been spent in aircraft leasing. Before AeroInterface, Will was the Chief Financial Officer of CDB Aviation, the sole aircraft leasing platform of China Development Bank. He held this role from July 2016 to March 2020, and was one of the senior management team responsible for the substantial growth, transformation and globalisation of the business. Prior to CDB Aviation, Will spent 4 years as Head of Finance for Hong Kong Aviation Capital (HKAC), leaving this role after assisting with the integration of the HKAC platform with Avolon. Will was Chief Financial Officer of GAAM for 5 years, growing the platform from start-up, both organically and through M&A, and he was also instrumental in the sale of the company to Fly Leasing, staying on to provide services to BBAM. Will also spent 5 years as Treasurer and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at AWAS.
